37th European Workshop on Cerebral Revascuarization
The Workshop on Cerebral Revascularization is designed to in-crease the skills of already trained microsurgeons. Permanent development of microvascular surgery and endovascular tech-nologies has increased the need for revascularization procedures. After this workshop you will be able to perform microsurgical arterial anastomoses (in vitro and in alive animals) and experimental microvascular models. You will have knowledge about cerebral ischemia and learn different techniques of extraintra-cranial arterial bypass (incl. ELANA). Surgical cerebral revascularization and aneurysm management is also part of this workshop.
Asia Pacific Advanced Intracranial Neuroendoscopy Course
A three-day course designed to address the advanced intracranial neuroendoscopy, endoscopic anatomy and its clinical applications. Models and cadavers will be used to simulate procedures in a hands-on laboratory setting. Special interest will be given to extended skull base surgery and reconstruction techniques.
Definitive Surgical Trauma Care (DSTC) Course
The Definitive Surgical Trauma Care DSTC) Course is developed under the auspices of the International Association for Trauma and Surgical Intensive Care (IATSIC) to address the process of surgical decision-making and operative techniques involved in the management of life-threatening injuries in the trauma patient. The intensive three-day course is a mixture of lecture-based learning, case discussion and hands-on surgical skills training on animal models.
5th SARA spring symposium
The programme of this year comprises lectures on specific situations and on clinical practice, along with workshops (hands-on, ask the experts) presented by well known authorities in the field of regional anaesthesia and pain therapy.
